Jira Service desk customers unable to view their own attachment

If I logged-in as a service desk curtomer and create a request with an attachment. Then go to my requests and try to open the same request, in the attachment section , it is unable to view attachment . But when I logged in as service desk agent, I 'm asble to see the customers attachments.

 

I saw an issue other way around here that is service desk customers can view their own attachments, but are unable to see attachments added by service desk agents. I tried to do the tricks mentioned in that post in my case , but that didn't help.  

Is there any soluation for this ?

Is this a Cloud or Server instance of Service Desk?

If this is a server instance, then what version of Service Desk are you using?  

I can't seem to recreate this behavior in the current versions.  I did find some very old bugs from Service Desk 1.x versions, but they appear to have been fixed long ago.
