I am currently using Jira Service Desk.It is working absolutely fine.I compared it with SalesForce and found that SalesForce has a few more advantages like all report generation on one page,Project Status indicator etc.So I want to know do we have some additonal plugins for Jira Service Desk,that can add more value to your Jira Service Desk Projects and Reports ?

Actually JIRA Service Desk uses JIRA's inteligence for most it's functions. So you can use any JIRA plugin that is on Marketplace or even make your own plugins for it.
