Just wondering if anyone out there has implemented JIRA Service Desk with Jira, Confluence and hopefully HipChat and use it for problem and change management and requests? In addition, we are looking for the the ability to provide a combination of work flow, allocation of duties and time spent on tasks.
I would love advice and a demo if anyone is kind enough and willing?
