Jira Service Desk stop activation emails



We would like to setup JIRA Service Desk so people can email requests etc. But we don't want the activation emails to be sent to the user. There is no need.


We are using both gmail and zimbra for two different projects.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any update on this issue?

Our organization is also seeking the same functionality

I really want to use JIRA Service Desk but this is a show-stopper for me...I guess I have to go back to Zendesk.
