I'm looking for solution where we can give access to non-agent users for Jira Service Desk reports. This is because of transparency need in our organization. I have created one group (SD_read), which were added to Service Desk Customers or Service Desk Agents roles, but I can't get reports to show.
Dashboard might be best option?
How can I give access to Service Desk reports to non-agent users?
