Jira Service Desk different workflows per issue type

I wish to Support different workflows through the same Service desk for different issue types. In detail, i need Change Requests to follow a different workflow and also not apply any SLA.

Also, is it possible to associate this type to a different jira project?

The main issue trying to resolve here, is that If i create two separate service desks, the end user would have to check different portals for the issues s/he submits.

Hi Evangelia Lampri,

 

You can setup different workflows for different issue types in the SD project.

 

If you want to exclude requests from the SLA you need to change the JQL/filter user in the SLA configuration.

 

e.g: - project = ABC and issuetype != "" 

     or project = ABC and issuetype not in(test1,tes2)
