Jira Service Desk (Portal) - Add a Select List that returns values based on a JQL query

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to add a select list to Jira Service Desk Portal thet returns values based on a JQL query. I did try JQL issue Select Plugin and it wrks well in backoffice, but on Portal, The select list object is not recognized, as a select list but as a normal text field.
