Hi Dear Colleagues form Atlassian Community.
I have a connection to a mail server in order to send notifications to users when they open a Request.
This option was working a few days ago.
Unfortunately at the moment they are not working anymore.
Do someone have any idea about How I can fix this problem?

Also check the mail queue -> Error queue
