Jira Service Desk Issues

Hello all! 

Basically the current service desk I have shows development requests/change requests/ bug requests so people can send tickets from across the business. 


What I am trying to do is to add another issue/option on the service desk JIRA portal that allows the user to select clients so from a business perspective users can select which client related issues they want to see/log and then it shows a drop down of all the clients. 









then it takes you to the relevant boards?
