This text Box is intended to search between the already defined tickets in the Service Desk, but when there are only a few possible tickets this Textbook turns out very big for the page style.
So my question is, there are any option to disable this textBox in JIRA Cloud? I did´t find any option regarding this matter.

We have the same need. We might like to enable it later on, but right now it only confuses our users as they get no answers.

I would like to do the same thing. We restrict portal users to one issue type then our agents categorize them so this is confusing to our users.
