Jira Service Desk (Cloud) - Power BI Connection

We have been trying to setup the Power BI connector to allow us to create dashboards based off our JSD project. 

We have added the connector but only saw data from one project and not our Service Desk project.

How do I configure which projects have data fed through to Power BI? Is it via the configured URL or somewhere centrally in settings?

Hi Rob,

Power BI Connector for Jira lets you import Jira data into Power BI, by using different JQL statements.

In Jira, Go To AIO Power Bi --> My connection URL

Under the 'JQL queries to pull issues', write the JQL to pull issues from the required projects.

This is a paid for plugin which we dont have. Any way of doing this without a plugin?
