Jira scheduler automation was unable to group the triggered issues into bulk issues, the "more option" selection to enable bulk handling is not found/missing
Hi @Yap Seng Choon -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
That option is for the Server/Data Center version of automation rule's scheduled trigger.
For Cloud, the batch processing option is with the Lookup Issues action. Please note: unlike the batch processing for Server/Data Center, lookup issues does not support all issues fields. If you need a work-around for that, please let me know.
When using Lookup Issues with a scheduled trigger rule, please consider using a trigger without the JQL, and then use the lookup for batching.
Kind regards,
Bill
Once you have included the Scheduled trigger as shown in the image, you must include the action to perform, for example, Transition Issue. All those that appear in the JQL of the trigger will transition to the state that you indicate (as a bulk action).
I don't know if this is exactly what you need, but I hope it helps you.

Hi @Dewa
As this is a very old thread, I recommend creating a new question and perhaps adding a link back to this one. That will ensure the maximum number of people see the question to offer suggestions.
Until we see your new question...
What version of Jira are using: Cloud, Server, or Data Center? Did you note in the earlier posts the bulk-handling feature is only for Jira Server and Data Center automation?
Kind regards,
Bill
