Jira Random 404 error on Password Reset Page

Hello All,

I get random 404 error when I try to access to JIRA Password reset page (ForgotLoginDetails.jspa)

We haven't changed anything related to this. Issue happens totally randomly. It just doesn't work sometimes. If I refresh multiple times, it works. Again; If I refresh it more, I get 404.

Please advise

Just wanted to give you guys an update on this:

issue was related with temp folder permissions. tomcat was not able to read temp folder but JIRA was able to write on it.

fixed it by setting correct permissions to my temp folder

On a side note; we installed crucible/fisheye couple of days ago but I don't think it could cause this random issue.
