Need team to be able to access Quicklink dashboard and randomly my shortcuts on dashboard just disappear and reappear why is this so?

 

Edit: basically placing project shortcuts on the dashboard and it randomly keeps disappearing for a user. 

On an agile dashboard. Let me know if you need more information.

Could you explain what you mean by "Quicklink Rapidboard" or "Quicklink dashboard"?  And how are you doing the "shortcuts on dashboard"?
