Hi!
We are using a custom workflow in one of our projects and for auditing purpose want to have a single report to know who performed the transition from "Status 1" to "Status 2" and onwards till its marked as "Done" for a given duration.
I know this can be viewed in History of individual item but my management requires me to submit them an Excel report.
Any leads how can i do it using JQL?
Hi Ahsan!
As JQL results returns issues rather than users, you might not be able to achieve your requirement via JQL. I would recommend doing this via database instead following this KB where you can view the issue transitions and also the user that is performing the status change.
Hope this helps!
Hi, thankyou for the reply, apologies, i missed to mention that i am using Jira Cloud. Not sure if i can use it there, can i?

@Ahsan Ahmed- there is no native way to do this, especially in JIRA Cloud. Try contacting the Atlassian Support as for Cloud, you cannot access the Database to run some queries and get the data you need.]
