Jira Overview issues are not shown, why?

Hi All, 

Why I cannot see my Unresolved : By Priority, By Assignee, By Component, By Issue Type?

Kindly advise for this problem.

If your resolution field has a value then the issue is resolved.   The status field and resolutions fields are different fields.

I would say all your issues are resolved.  So JIRA has nothing to show in the "unresolved" sections.

The usual reason this happens is that you've set up the resolution field incorrectly.  People often do one or both of:

  1. Putting the resolution field on the edit screen (and/or create)
  2. Add values to the resolution list like "unresolved" or "none"

Both of those break the usage of the resolution field and mess up all your reporting.
