Jira OnDemand connect to Jenkins

Kathleen Jacobs October 10, 2012

I am currently adding builds from Jenkins/Hudson to unfuddle but would like to replace unfuddle with Jira.

Is this possible?

It is indeed possible to hookup Jenkins to your OnDemand instance. A similar question was already asked and answered: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/52826/how-to-link-jenkins-with-jira-ondemand

Please note that the probable cause is the title of the OnDemand Jira instance, this can be found in the global configuration page. Jenkins expects the instance title to be "Atlassian JIRA"

Er, the Jenkins JIRA plugin works over SOAP and I guess OnDemand can indeed work with a local Jenkins installation.

Hi, this isn't available for OnDemand. OnDemand doesn't allow additional plugins - it's a restricted function.

If you had a download or hosted version you can use https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/JIRA+Plugin.
