Jira OnDemand and IE 10

I have a user that is on IE10. When he logs into Jira he can see the top tool bar but everything else is blank. No filters, nothing. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

can you disable Compatibility Mode and check, following doc will give more information
