Jira OnDemand Email template changed

I have a JIRA onDemand version. I use to receive all email notification from my project in a proper HTML content, but recently I started receiving it only as a plain text. Kindly let me know where it went wrong ? and where do I need to change the settings? I searched my best in email segment under administrator privileage. but i didnt get any solution. Kinldy guide me where to change the settings.

There's a "get mail in html or plain text" flag in your profile settings. It sounds like you've accidentally set that to "text" instead of html

Thank you very much, I have changed the same in my profile. Now I receive emails in html format. I wonder how come the settings might have changed to all 10 users. I am now manually logging in to 10 diff users to set the email settings..
