Jira + Jenkins Integration - 'Atlassian Jira Software Cloud' plugin not found in Jenkins

I followed the instructions in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/integrate-jira-software-cloud-with-jenkins-972355471.html

to install 'Atlassian Jira Software Cloud' plugin in Jenkins under Manage Plugins -> Available tab but when I search for the Jira plugin above, it can't find it. I clicked multiple times on 'Check now' button (bottom right button under Advanced tab) but still can't find plugin on the Available tab.

Is 'Atlassian Jira Software Cloud' plugin still available to be installed in Jenkins, or is there another one that I should be looking into instead?

I found the issue, the plugin requires Minimum Jenkins requirement: 2.164.2 :(
