How can I create filter in JIRA to retrieve list of "assignee"s and sum of "Story Points" for each assignee by "project" by "Sprint"? Thanks
I don't think that JQL supports "join" operations. This means that you cannot perform aggregate queries like this one.
However, JQL is not a database query language. For example, JQL does not have a SELECT statement.
