When I create issue through user interface I’m receiving email notification for issue creation and issue assigned but when I do with below option
“Select Administration > System > Import external projects>CSV File import” not receiving any email notification for issue creation and issue assign notification.
Please help us to resolve this issue.
This won't send out notifications. This doesn't create any events due to the nature of using the import. If you are importing 500 issues for example, it would be better served to not send out thousands of notifications to all the users in the notification scheme. If you are only importing 5 issues, then those would be better served to just creating them manually or through the API which will send out notifications.
