I am trying to use Jira Issue Collector in Salesforce to gather the requests from our Salesforce Users whenever they have any issue with Salesforce.
Create a Button in Salesforce for example, 'Report an Issue', that should enable them to fill the information. This action should create an Issue in Jira.
