I’m using the Jira API to integrate issue tracking on my website so that users can view real-time updates on our support ticket statuses. The integration was working well, but recently, the status updates aren’t reflecting correctly on the website. For example, tickets marked as "In Progress" in Jira still show as "Open" on the site.

Is there anything specific in the API setup I might be overlooking, or has anyone else encountered delays in syncing issue statuses between Jira and their site?
