Jira Import Progress hangs at 75%

Hi,

I just started a Jira cloud trial and tried to import a Jira server (self-hosted) XML backup. The progress indicator hangs at 75% (for 50mins now) with no way to cancel and no system output, making the whole trial inaccessible (since the progress page is loaded on all uri's).

Is there a way to get this going again?
