Jira: How can I enable the Wiki tab?

I linked confluence in settings, but I dont see an option to add the wiki tab

What do you mean by "wiki tab"?  What are you expecting?

That's not what Confluence does, it is not part of Jira, it is a separate server.

It should appear in the "hamburger" menu on the left of the menu if you've linked it.

Hmm, I got Confluence because I simply wanted a wiki repo like the one that shows above. How can I replicate what is shown above?

You could use a plugin or ScriptRunner to inject a web-fragment into a Jira menu bar.
