Jira Help Desk Plugin "Create Issue"

When a user click on "create issue" the issue dosen't get created..even when I'm the admin of the system.

As your screenshot stands, you should get a message about filling in the summary.  What happens if you complete all the mandatory fields (there may be more lower donwn)

If that still does absolutely nothing, then can you check what functions there are on the "create" transition?

When I click on the "add" button after filling all the details in the field it does nothing.

We'll need more detail.  Where are you using "create issue" from?  What does it actually do? e.g. nothing at all (the button flashes but nothing happens), or it pops up a form with fields that you fill in and nothing gets created when you click "ok" at the bottom of it?  Or do you get the popup and an error?  etc.  In other words, could you explain, in detail, what you are doing and what fails.?
