Jira: Have ordered link types

Hi all,

I would like to have "ordered" link types, e.g. test cases that should be tested in a certain order. In a object of type "test module" I have a link to "test case", and the test cases should be tested in a certain order. Note that we use the Matrix field plugin that allows us to view linked objects in a table like manner, but we are missing ordered link types and creation of objects in context of such link fields.

How can the ordering be achieved?
