Jira Gantt-chart project not showing anything in project view

I purchased the add on but when I go to Gant-Chart --> Projects I get a blank page as if there were no projects but I know that there is a project because I can access it from my Agile view.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

The add on is Gantt-chart Project for JIRA

from Soyatech. I have tried to contact them but mo response, any help you can provide is greatly appreicated. Thank you !
