I took a look at the account tied to this email address and I do not show Confluence as being enabled. I would recommend checking https://my.atlassian.com and confirming that you have ordered a license for Confluence. If you haven't, you can select it right there and it will be enabled in a few minutes. Since I'm not sure that I am looking at the right account, if Confluence / wiki does show as added to your order at https://my.atlassian.com, if you contact Atlassian sales or support, we can fix the issue right away.
