This morning all my links are gone in the Application Navigator :
I use to have about 5 links there, Jira, Confluence and office related. All of the sudden, the list is empty!
What's going on? Should we avoid using the cloud instance and install JIRA on our server ? is it worth paying for it ? seems like we have more problems since we include Confluence to our office tools, should I get rid of it ?

I tried their tickets system and stop mid-way, too many question and need way to many login to get all the information required (SEN for the win)
Thanks anyway, it seems up and down, got some "saving errors" on their cloud server this morning, seems like it's going better for now ... up and down ...
