I have one JIRA created by an email with some users in copy.

Sometimes in the comments at JIRA I just see the last email content.

But some times in the comments I see the whole history of the email email.

In the image, I didn't expect to have have the Message 5 Plus all the history of emails.

I expected to have just "Message 5" as the previous comments.

Yes, different emails.

sometimes it works as expected (just the last email information on the comments )

but sometimes it don't (put all the last email + the whole email history on the comment)

any idea where it's configured?

Can you please guide me how to configure last 5 comments in Jira should sent through email.

Now we have only last comment sent through Jira to email.
