When I try and log in, it just says 'connecting', but it cannot seem to log me in.

Thank you for reaching out, and I am not aware of any bugs that would cause this behavior at this time, however, the majority of connection issues usually stem from local caching or network issues blocking some content and causing a timeout to occur during the authentication process.
To start, I recommend checking out our "Browser Troubleshooting Guide" and running through the steps listed in the "Indispensable tests" sections, the tests outlined are generic tests to help narrow down the most common browser issues.
In addition to the generic tests, I also recommend that you open up the browser's developer tools and look at the Javascript console while attempting the connection and let me know if there are any explicit errors listed in the output, that could help us further narrow this down.
