Hi,
I'm trying to follow the backup and restore directions to migrate projects from one Cloud instance to another (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/JIRA-questions/Migrating-entire-JIRA-cloud-system-to-new-JIRA-cloud-instance/qaq-p/627413). The restore reported no errors, and I now have all of my users and projects in the new system, but all of the issues are missing. Searching for all issues or specific issues returns no results, and browsing to https://$INSTANCE.atlassian.net/browse/$ISSUE produces "this issue can't be viewed" (with real and fake issue numbers).
JIRA Documentation suggests to re-index (either the entire system or project-by-project)... but that's apparently a restricted feature in JIRA Cloud, because it isn't anywhere in the UI.

I see you put a ticket in with Support. If this issue is resolved please update the ticket and let them know they can close this ticket.
