in one workflow in my Service Desk I would like to automatically share new tickets with a certain organization (of which the ticket creator in most case will not be part of).
Is that possible?
Seems promising. I checked out the documentation but couldn't find anything about editing/adding the organization. How would you go about that?
I can confirm that you CAN set a value to 'Organizations' using Automation for Jira addon. The reason for why this might not be covered by addon documentation is probably because it's very basic functionality of the 'Edit issue' action.
