Jira Checklist add on support service

Hi! We are planning to use your add on on a JIRA server that is being used all across our company.  We will be using it for tracking the Acceptance Criteria of our User Stories, so the information loaded into that field will be very important for us. The only concern we have is about the type of support that we can get from you and if you are planning to continue updating it to be compatible with future JIRA versions.

Atlassian regularly releases updates that contains fixes and new features. There is already a good documentation of upgrade procedures online. Your internal IT team should do this themselves, in case of any issues with the application you can raise a support request on https://support.atlassian.com/help/ (provided your license is valid).

You can also look for Atlassian Expert and consulting companies who can not only implement but support you application.
