I just noticed that when excel file is uploaded via Jira Capture its content gets corrupted. To be on the safe side I checked the version of my Firefox plugin and updated it to the latest v2.7.2.0 but the issue still present

We found there is a bug affecting Docs and Excel files and is being tracked here: BON-1840Feel free to vote and watch the issue to be kept updated.
The only workaround at the moment is to attach the files manually via the Jira Issue screen.
