Jira Capture in Chrome and Safari (Mac)

We have purchesed Jira Capture for our Project needs.

This is very convinient how the extention works in FF, and it's really not, who in Chrome and Safari. When i press Capture icom in FF in just opens me a side bar with all the Capture controles and fields, so i can continue my session and create issues on the go.

But in Chrome and Safari it opens it in a new window and already with a screenshot created. if i click to close the screenshot - the view on the righthand-side closes and i am not able to browse futher on my web site in that window. Why is it working that way? Really unconvinient.

Could you please fill-in a feature request in JIRA Capture tracker? It might take some time for this to be investigated and implemented (or rejected in case it is not technically possible).
