Our Product Dev Team uses Jira Automation for internal operations around sprint management. These rules are pretty critical to our success, so it is helpful to know when a rule or set of rules are failing. I know that the user can be notified via email if a rule they created fails, but does anyone know if Slack messages can be sent when a Jira automation rule fails? Our team works predominately in Slack, so these would be more beneficial than emails. Thanks!
Hi Kevin,
I’ve linked your suggestion to a related feature request, which counts as an upvote for this ticket:

Thanks for using Automation!
Cheers,
Charlie
Hello Charlie, thanks for the response. I see the ticket you linked this to is for general automation error emails that we get as a default. Is there a separate ticket for tracking expanding automation error messages via webhooks? Thanks
