we have a running Jira v7.3.5 an if we goig to admin-Syste-AuditLog, we get a blank screen. only the nav-bars and the Header of th Log-Page is visible.
If we export the log, we get a log with more than 2000 entries.
we also can go into log-settings.
so, why are no entries shon directly on the log-page?
when i look into th jira log, there is no error regarding audit-log
Hopefully this has been resolved at this point. If not, I have a few questions:
I would start by opening a private/incognito window in your browser and see if you get the same resuts. If you do get the same results:
After enabling safe mode test to see if the issue continues
If the issue does not re-occure with JIRA in safe mode, enable each user installed add-on one by one and check if the audit log issue occurs until you find the add-on that is causing this issue.
