Hmm, I believe that the JIRA Audit Logs are only available starting from JIRA 6.2 and above. Seeing that you are still on JIRA 5.1, you might want to check out this add-on and see if it suits your requirements : JIRA Auditor

You could take a look in the auditing log (if it's enable) which you can find in the JIRA admininstration pages.

Otherwise you'll probably have to ask around to see who did it.

I'm using Jira 5.1 and I cant find any reference to "Audit Logs".

Audit Logs is a new feature so it's not included in your version.

I think asking around is the only solution for your problem.
