We have just installed the latest installation of Jira 6.2 and purchased the latest version of Zephyr but we are unable to install it because it is not compatable with Jira 6.2. When will Zephyr be available for jira 6.2?
As soon as we release Zephyr for JIRA 2.2 it will be ready for download. You can either check your UPM for an update message or watch the Atlassian Marketplace:
This is a serious problem for us and we need a solution as a matter of urgency. We are unable to view our test cycles using Zephyr for JIRA 184.108.40.2065 and JIRA 6.2. We just got word that Zephyr for JIRA 2.2 was released. You should now be able to upgrade and have Zephyr for JIRA 2.2 be fully compatible with JIRA version 6.2.
*** UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS ***
After performing a normal upgrade via the UPM, please first re-index JIRA and then re-index Zephyr for JIRA in order to start seeing your data.
Thank you for pointing this out. Currently we are working on a new product called Zephyr Blueprint. This will Allow you to bring Zephyr for JIRA information into Confluence. Until this is out, the Zephyr for JIRA data will not be able to be pulled into Confluence.
The best way to stay up to date on this issue is to check out our blog. Any new information we have regarding it will get posted here:
