(Jira 5.1.7) Quick Subtasks plugin: [plugin.quick_subtasks.core.DslProcessorImpl] pattern does not match given string

GRC-Jira-Support ThomsonReuters September 11, 2014

Running Jira 5.1.7;

Quick Subtasks plugin installed;

Manual add of subtask works. Using plugin option 'Create multiple Sub-Tasks' fails.  Log entry:

    [plugin.quick_subtasks.core.DslProcessorImpl] pattern does not match given string

Tried both from template and from keying in a string in the 'Quick Sub-Tasks' pop up window.  Same results.  Tried single entry in pop up window and multiple.  Same Results. Tried with a simple subtask summary with no additional parms ('Test 1' and 'Test 2' (no quotes in the entered field).  Same results.  Tried passing 'issueType' parameter with valid sub-task issue type.  Same results.  Everything gets that error.

Anyone advice?

@GRC-Jira-Support ThomsonReuters You need to add a "-" for each subtask - the complete, detailed documentation for the syntax can be found here: https://bitbucket.org/hascode/jira-quick-subtasks/wiki/Home
