Jeti: filling custom field

I'm using JETI Mail Handler to import email into issues or comments

I set up a Mail Handler Context and configure it to send auto reply emails.

the autoreply mail is correctly sent to the sender using the set jeti template, but the sender mail is not set in the epic colour (or name).

in Jeti configuration I turned on "Add recipients to watchers"

What am I missing?

This widget could not be displayed.

solved. I had to turn on : "Treat user recipients as watchers"
