JQL to show all issues in which a custom field has changed within the hour

Hi,

Anyone knows how to create a JQL filter to return all issues in which a specify user changed a custom field value within the last hour?

There is a JQL operator "Changed By" that can do this but it doesn't work for custom fields.  Is there an alternative way?

There is a Suggestion to add this feature that you can find at JRASERVER-34103.  Please vote on this issue and add your use case to the comments to add impact so we can get this added to JIRA soon.
