I am trying to find a way to find how much time took some issues from Open to Closed status - like a SLA - need to close issues under 12h.
I am pretty much out of options.I tried changed from Open to Closed after 12h. Didn't work very well - pretty much missing some issues in In Progress for more than 2days - obviously missing the criteria.

JIRA Service Desk comes with in built feature of SLA but if you have Script runner (which is amazing) add-on installed then you can create scripted fields that can have value calculated based on other fields.
