Do you have any ideas how it's possible to search with JQL or reporting - how may weeks user was on support?
If a person closes any ticket(s) during the week - its mean that he is on support on this week.
If there were no closed tickets from mon till fr, this means that user was not on support during this week.
Need to found numbers of week when user was on support (close tickets)
There is no any JQL or Reporting Available by default in the JIRA. but you can write a JQL which give you little bit idea about your query.
like Assignee = "USER Name" and status = "Closed"
and in this you have to check the Close date and need to calculate the how many weeks or days goes since closed dates or resolved date.
Or you have to create plugin in that you can write report module and get the expected report
