We need to create a gadget for grouping the Linked issues and show all the bugs that have linked issues in them. Grouping is not available for Linked issues.
Is there a JQL query to filter all the issues that have linked issue and group them using the destination project?

JQL is a query langauage and will not group results in that manner. There is a current feature request for this functionality that you can find at JRASERVER-25640. Please vote on the issue to add impact to the issue. In the meantime I would also review the Communities post jira query: issues with linked issues. It discusses retrieving linked issues using third party add-ons such as ScriptRunner, JQL Tricks, etc to get the desired results excluding the grouping.
