You cannot do this with JQL. But this information is available in the Velocity chart.

Hi All,

The velocity chart in Jira shows  completed Story Points which are totally different from the plan mode Story points in a given sprint ; Is there something that I am missing ?

I agree, velocity chart gives the total SP as a committed (that includes cumulative basis if the story is spilling and we keep adding more SP) which is incorrect.

we should get the actual story points committed in the Sprint. do we have any Jquery for this ?
