JQL filter returning request timed out error.

When a jira filter is executed I'm getting request timeoutScreenshot at Jan 12 00-43-30.png exception.

Hi ,

for server verion you can add below lines in the announcement banner.

AJS.$.ajaxSetup({

timeout: 60000 // Milliseconds, 60 seconds in this example.});

</script>

Did you ever resolve this?  I am getting the same thing on a long running filter.  I have confirmed that the filter runs successfully in the search issues area.

@Vladimir Sid are you guys using JIRA server or cloud?

 if it is server can you share the error logs?
